Connect your QuickBooks company
Connecting takes about a minute and uses Intuit's official, secure OAuth 2.0 authorization — we never see or store your QuickBooks password.

How it works
- Authorize. You sign in to Intuit and approve read access to your QuickBooks Online company. Authorization happens entirely on Intuit's secure servers.
- We connect. Your authorization is stored as an encrypted Intuit token on our secure automation platform — never your QuickBooks password.
- Automate. The integration pulls the accounting data you approved to generate reports, benchmarking, and cash-flow insights, and to reduce manual bookkeeping.
- Stay in control. Disconnect anytime from QuickBooks or by contacting us. See the Disconnect page.
What data we access
With your authorization, the integration reads accounting information from your QuickBooks Online company, which may include:
- Company profile and accounting settings
- Financial reports — profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow
- Accounts receivable and payable (aging summary and detail)
- Sales, customers, products, and services
- Payroll summary information, where applicable
We request only the access needed to provide the Service, we do not sell your data, and we never store your QuickBooks login credentials. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Your security & privacy
Bank-grade authorization. Connections use Intuit's OAuth 2.0 — access tokens only, revocable at any time.
Encrypted at rest and in transit. Tokens and data are protected with industry-standard encryption.
CPA confidentiality. As a CPA firm we are bound by IRC §7216, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, and the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct.
